DashboardA screen where you can review a Query’s analysis results as metrics, charts, and tables.
ChartAn analysis unit that visualizes data by a specific metric or dimension.
ReportA shareable document that organizes analysis results.
Hey SynclyA feature that lets you ask natural-language questions about collected data and receive AI-powered answers.

Metrics you’ll often review during analysis

TermMeaning
MentionAn analysis axis for breaking down data by Mention. In documentation, it is usually interpreted as the number of Posts that include a specific Mention.
ViewA view-based metric provided by the platform.
ImpressionA Syncly-standard metric for comparing exposure or view scale, adjusted for differences in metrics provided by each platform.
EngagementThe total number of user reactions to content, such as saves, comments, likes, and shares.
Engagement RateEngagement divided by Views.
SentimentAn AI-generated analysis result that labels a Post as Positive, Neutral, or Negative based on its context.
NoiseA Post that is not directly related to the analysis target and can be excluded from results or managed separately.
